From 18 to 24 November 2024, this year’s edition will welcome writers and illustrators for a celebration of children’s literature in all its glory. The line-up includes Axel Scheffler, Posy Simmonds, Joanne Harris, Joseph Coelho, Marie-Aude Murail, Robert Sae-Heng, Joséphine Seblon, and more.
With a strong outreach programme, the South Ken Kids Festival encourages each participant to be creative and explore the art of drawing and illustration. Guests take part in a great range of educational activities organised with schools from the Greater London – and in public events held at the Institut français, from workshops, talks, live drawing and storytelling, to films, concerts and book signings.
