DESCRIPTION:Join us for a series of lunchtime curated tours of THERE IS AN ISLAND III\, a group exhibition bringing together 18 British Cypriot artists. \n\n\n\nJoin us for a series of lunchtime curated tours of THERE IS AN ISLAND III\, a group exhibition bringing together 20 British Cypriot artists whose work reflects Cyprus as a living\, evolving cultural bridge between Europe\, the Middle East\, and the wider Mediterranean. \n\n\n\nFor centuries\, Cyprus has stood at the crossroads of civilisations—a place of encounter\, exchange\, and coexistence. In this exhibition\, that role is reimagined through contemporary artistic voices that explore women’s narratives\, everyday life\, memory\, migration\, and belonging. From intimate domestic references to broader reflections on history and geography\, the works on display invite us to consider how personal stories intersect with shared cultural journeys. \n\n\n\nThe curated tours offer visitors a guided experience through the exhibition\, providing context to the artworks\, insight into the artists’ practices\, and a deeper understanding of the themes that shape THERE IS AN ISLAND III.
