Remembering Auschwitz-Birkenau

27 January 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We’ll reflect on the discovery of the terrible reality of the concentration camps with a film season, including Au Revoir les Enfants by Louis Malle, Son of Saul by László Nemes, Jonathan Glazer’s The Zone of Interest and Jesse Eisenberg’s A Real Pain. Splendours and Miseries of the Camondo Family, attended by Ruth Zylberman and Edmund de Waal, and Olivier Dahan’s biopic on Simone Veil will complete the season.
